Fallston Chicken – Grilled chicken breasts topped with bacon, tomato pieces and BBQ sauce,
with provolone cheese and spring onions
Chicken Kelly – Broiled chicken breast topped with broccoli, jumbo lump crabmeat and
cheddar cheese sauce
Chicken Alexander – Chicken breast and jumbo lump crabmeat sautéed in a brandy cream
sauce, served over cappellini
Chicken Oscar – Grilled chicken breast topped with asparagus and jumbo lump crabmeat,
topped with a white wine and butter herb sauce
